Here is how it works: For every order we receive, a formula is used to calculate the estimated emissions associated with shipping. Based on these estimates, a portion of our revenue goes to carbon removal companies that have been reviewed by scientists at Carbon Direct. These companies use this money to remove the amount of carbon generated by our shipments. Any additional funds will be dedicated to the further development of carbon removal technologies.
