Do not return any product to the shipping address. If your product is defective, contact us to learn about the procedure to follow or our Return Policy.

Upon receipt, it is your responsibility to check if the purchased items have been received and are in good condition after transport. Bed covers as well as certain other products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects (See Return Policy). Contact us within 2 days after confirming your order if the item received is not in good condition.

Under no circumstances can the liability of "L'exterminateur en ligne" or any of its partners exceed the purchase price of the guaranteed product.
