BIO-GEN LIQUID – Concentrated Biological Cleaner for Drains, Pipes and Septic Tanks, 1 L

BIO-GEN LIQUID from Mega-Lab is a professional-grade, multi-strain concentrated biological solution formulated for the ongoing maintenance of drains, pipes, grease traps, and septic systems. The product delivers a high concentration of colony-forming units (CFU) of selected aerobic and anaerobic bacterial strains, suspended in a stable liquid carrier, which digest fats, oils, food residues, proteins, and cellulosic materials accumulated in drainage systems.

Concentrated multi-strain formula with high CFU content

BIO-GEN LIQUID combines multiple aerobic and anaerobic bacterial strains with a high CFU count (1 x 10⁸ CFU/mL), ensuring superior biological activity that is effective in all drainage conditions, whether oxygen-rich or oxygen-poor.

Rapid digestion of fats, oils, and organic residues

The bacteria produce extracellular enzymes—lipases, proteases, amylases, cellulases, and ureases—that rapidly break down fats, oils, and grease (FOG), food residues, proteins, cellulosic materials, and biofilms into simple compounds, which are then digested and metabolized by the bacterial colony.

Eliminates the food source and habitat of drain flies

By digesting the slimy organic deposits that accumulate on drain walls, pipe joints, and trap areas, BIO-GEN LIQUID eliminates the food source and breeding substrate of drain flies, thus attacking the root cause of their proliferation rather than just their symptoms.

Non-corrosive and compatible with all piping

This product is non-corrosive, non-flammable, and safe for all types of plumbing systems, including PVC, ABS, cast iron, copper, and stainless steel. It is also compatible with septic tanks and municipal sewer networks.

Continuous action with no rinsing required

Once established on drain surfaces, the bacterial colony continues its enzymatic activity, breaking down incoming organic loads and digesting existing deposits without the need for rinsing after application.

pH neutral, free of harsh chemicals

With a neutral pH of 6.5 to 7.5 and a formula free of harsh chemicals and fumes, BIO-GEN LIQUID provides a safe maintenance solution for regular use in various environments.

Fresh citrus scent

The product releases a fresh citrus scent, contributing to a sense of cleanliness in treated areas in addition to its biological action.

Made in Canada

BIO-GEN LIQUID is manufactured in Canada, ensuring rigorous quality control for maintenance and pest control professionals.
